Overview of the session

Shirli Kirschner presented at a recent CPD session with Jacquie Seemann, hosted at Thomson Geer Lawyers.

The session gave an overview of Respect@Work changes and a framework for how leaders can respond to the changes with specific focus on sexual misconduct.

Shirli Kirschner says “My favourite learning from Jacquie Seemann is that new laws on transparency mean everyone needs to consider the terms of any non-disclosure agreement used when issues are resolved. Think about managing how the outcome is communicated, not silencing the participants.”

Look out for more tips from webinars on this topic and others in the coming weeks.
